Gorilyft provides a platform designed to help companies capture, organize, share, and access expertise through video and related digital features.

You may use Gorilyft only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for activity occurring through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Gorilyft features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods, included features, and applicable limits are presented when you subscribe to a paid plan. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Additional payment and cancellation conditions may apply depending on the selected plan.

4. User Content

You may create, upload, record, or share content through Gorilyft, including videos, questions, answers, text, images, and other materials.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using Gorilyft, you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gorilyft to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Upload malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Gorilyft or another user's account
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform

6. AI-Powered Features

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gorilyft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as Gorilyft and its services evolve. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Gorilyft after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
